Loader Maintenance Guide

Daily Maintenance

· Visual Inspection: Before starting the loader, carefully check for any signs of oil leakage, water leakage, or air leakage. Thoroughly examine the overall appearance of the machine for any damage or abnormal conditions.

· Fluid Level Checks: Check the levels of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and brake fluid. Make sure they are within the normal range and top up if required.

· Fastener Inspection: Verify that all fasteners, especially those on key components like the engine, axle box, wheel rims, and drive shaft, are firmly secured. Tighten any loose bolts or nuts promptly.

· Tire and Lighting Checks: Inspect the tire pressure and look for any signs of damage or wear. Additionally, ensure that all lights, including headlights, taillights, and turn signals, are in proper working order.

· Hinge Point Lubrication: Apply grease to the hinge points of the loader to guarantee smooth movement and minimize wear.

Weekly Maintenance

· Gearbox and Throttle Checks: Check the oil level and quality of the gearbox. Also, examine the variable - speed control system and throttle control to ensure they function accurately.

· Transmission Shaft Inspection: Check the front - and - rear fastening conditions of the transmission shaft bolts. Tighten them if they are loose.

· Air Filter Cleaning: Clean the air filter element and check the engine intake pipe. Replace the air filter if it is extremely dirty or damaged.

· Brake System Check: Inspect the foot brake and hand brake, and check the oil quantity of the brake booster. Ensure that the brake system operates effectively.

Monthly Maintenance

· Filter Cleaning and Replacement: Clean the diesel oil filter, engine oil filter, and gearbox oil filter. Replace them if necessary.
